What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 60 units total, which can be distributed across different styles and sizes. For example, you could order 20 units each of 3 different styles. Our bundle packs are pre-designed to make your first order easy — they come in sets of 60 units (Starter) or 150 units (Growth).
How long does production and shipping take?
Production takes 3–6 weeks from order confirmation (after the 50% deposit is received). Shipping from Colombia to the US typically takes an additional 5–10 business days via courier. We work with reliable freight partners and handle all export documentation.
Do you offer private label or custom branding?
Yes. Brand customization is available starting at 60 units with a $1.00 premium per garment. Orders of 150+ units qualify for full private label customization (custom tags, labels, packaging) at no additional premium. For larger orders (500+ units), we can discuss custom colors and fabric options.
What payment terms do you offer?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. For established partners with a track record of 3+ orders, we can discuss Net 30 payment terms. We accept wire transfers (ACH/SWIFT) and major business payment methods.
Are your products ISO certified?
Yes. Our factory in Bogotá, Colombia holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems. This means every garment passes strict quality controls before leaving our facility. We use premium certified materials including Powernet™ and LYCRA® fabrics.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You pay wholesale price + return shipping. We hold that money in escrow. When samples are returned in good condition, we refund you. If samples arrive damaged or dirty, the refund is forfeited. Return shipping to Noga Curves is your responsibility.
What colors and sizes are available?
Most styles are available in Black and Cocoa (nude). Select styles also come in Beige. Custom colors are available for orders of 500+ units per color. Sizes range from XS to 4XL for most styles, with some seamless styles going up to 5XL. Size availability varies by product — contact us for a specific size matrix.
Do you handle US customs and import documentation?
We handle everything — carrier selection, customs, tariffs. Import fees appear on your invoice (includes shipping & service). Orders under 500 units ship via DHL. Orders 500+ units use a selected carrier. No customs broker needed — we manage it all.
