Step in feet-first. Turn the garment inside-out, step in from the bottom, and roll upward gradually — never pull down from the top.
Smooth with flat palms. Work upward from hips to torso. The abdominal panel should lie completely flat — no bunching.
Position the bust opening. Adjust so the opening sits naturally at your underwire line. Put on your bra over the garment.
Check both bands. Top and bottom should lie flat against your skin with no folding or digging. If either rolls, size up.
Post-op tip: Follow your surgeon's compression protocol. The Silueta Esencial is designed for Stage 2 recovery — typically 4–8 weeks post-surgery.
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Air dry flat or hang — never tumble dry, heat degrades Powernet and Lycra elasticity
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Store folded — not on a hanger — to preserve abdominal panel shape
- Avoid contact with sharp jewelry or nails when putting on or removing
